It was a small space however, we loved the vibe. The hotel’s decor was interesting and beautiful. We loved the location and parking was easy. "This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."

"Booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds a family of 9 including 2 kids. We've tried DoubleTree by Hilton in Washington State and we were given the warm cookies individually. Here, the front desk person said just maximum 2 per room which made us disappointed. Also both the rooms A/C were loud. Rooms were also so far from the elevator."

"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."
