"WiFi was fine with no issues, food was lovely, drinks a bit overpriced so didn’t buy any. Very clean hotel all over. Reception efficient and spotless. Room was nicely decorated and very clean. Fridge in room was a nice surprise and air con was fantastic. Breakfast was very good too. Overall we had a great stay, felt impressed and that it was excellent value for money. We particularly liked the high standards "

"What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky...

"We were visiting the area for the Lytham Festival. Firstly, the location was excellent, as all the Lytham hotels were fully booked. Reception staff were helpful and were available 24 hours. The room was comfortable with all we needed. Bathroom and shower were great. Not massive but more than adequate. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, cooked or continental. "Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up. "

"Only stayed for one night for a last minute weekend away, didn't need or expect much, usually stay in branded hotels but they get boring so went for something different. This studio was lovely. Huge bed, Amazing shower! Didn't need to use it but there's a full kitchen, fridge freezer, oven, everything you'd need. We stayed in studio 5 on top floor; tower view from the bed, sea view to the left at the window. Lush soft carpets, spot on cleanliness and fancy decor. Got what we needed; a bed for...

"Fab place, perfect hosts really make you welcome!, stayed in rm 8 which was huge! Lots of little extras, even had an Alexa and coffee machine! Bath robes slippers. Bed really comfy, room smelt lovely and was spottless..breakfast was 1st class quality products cooked to perfection, fresh fruits n cereal, nice bar and decor throughout the whole place..highly recommend this place its fab!"

"Warm and comfortable, very nice staff and a lovely breakfast."

"Very clean and tidy hotel with the room being just what you could want at the price. Clean bedding and towels, tidy room, ensuite and tea/coffee facilities. Its conveniently located 50 yards from the nearest tram stop which is a 15 minute ride to the Tower, or a 45 minute stroll along the promenade. All I would say is that the bed could do with an extra couple of pillows "
