"This hotel is absolutely amazing in every sense of the word. The staff were great, amenities are beautiful and well thought out. The housekeeping staff are incredible - they bring you cookies and water every night! "Everyone from the valet to concierge to check in and the housekeeping staff exhibit the utmost care and full service you don’t often see in many hotels despite it being a service industry centering in hospitality. We were extremely taken care of and anything we needed were attended to smoothly and promptly. "The staff at the front desk were so welcoming! Even when returning from a day out they always greet you with a “welcome back”, it may be a small detail but it definitely goes a long way. The rooms were clean and were attended to everyday. The hotel is also close to a lot of spots in soho which was great and the vibes were immaculate. I will most definitely be coming back here and recommending this hotel to friends and family. Thank you Sheraton Tribeca Hotel for the hospitality."
