"We loved our stay. I was a bit skeptical when I saw the reviews about self check in and unhoused people hanging out front.
First, there is always a person at the front desk. They check your ID and help you check in. There is a human connection. And the staff was SOOO friendly.
Secondly, the front is a dedicated public space. It is a common practice that allows developer to build higher. We had no issues with people hanging out there. Not a single one.
