"We enjoyed our stay and spa treatment at the Borgata. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and made reservations at the B-Prime Steakhouse which we were told was a level up from the Old Homestead Steakhouse which we visited before. We take "a level up" to me the ambience, service and especially the food would be better. That was not the case when it came to the ambience and definitely the food. We were very disappointed for the cost of our meal."

"Clean, check-in a breeze. Late room cleaning however and staff on the floor not very knowledgeable about what the Hard Rock has to offer or where stores/restaurants were located. "

"In the twenty years staying here at this hotel. I had so many issues, our key cards stop working over five times. Even after being told don’t put next our phones. Putting cards in different locations. Still not working. But the worst thing coming from a day of shopping, whoever clean our room, musty body order in our room, that I had complain to the front day. Manager gave us free breakfast.which no vegan options. This hopefully things will improve next time"

"I texted for extra towels and they arrived quickly..and they delivered a lot of towels. That was great. I texted to have the used towels removed and for the trash to be emptied. It was not done. I texted again. Still not done. I had to call and it was finally done the day after I called. Also, I don’t like the half shower wall, half opening for the shower because water gets out of the shower no matter how hard you try. The staff was friendly."

"I love the pool but I had to ask for everything I needed. Nothing was offered. Overall, I enjoyed the stay but I had to be proactive to get the things I needed."

"The hotel is decent and well maintenance. The room was nice and clean and the beds were actually great with newer pillows which doesn't clump up.. that was very nice. Hotel has parking for $25 extra in the back of the location. Very simple clean hotel with no resort fee necessary and just 7 mins walk to Hard Rock which is great for what we were looking for."

"I like that the staff was prompt in getting us into our room and checking us in before the check-in hours. They also checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and that the room was clean. We were very satisfied with all the help that even the security personnel gave us."

"Stay AWAY from this place! It’s dirty, blankets are stained, bathrooms are disgusting. The walls and floors were poorly patched up. We booked a non smoking room, and the whole motel smelt of smoke. Me and my family were not pleased about this place. Red carpet displayed false pictures which seemed like the hard rock hotel more than the red carpet it self. It was so bad that we had to find somewhere else to stay. Terrible place to stay."

"I got electrocuted from the bathroom light switch, the T.V. didn't change channels and the pool water looked so greasy and nasty."
