"Clean property clean room but customer service at check in and check out was terrible and the pay for parking option is terrible. The people were hiding in the booth so that they couldn't be seen for peopel that needed help. I don't know if I will ever stay here again, there are many other choices in Atlantic City."

"We enjoyed our stay at The Flagship. The air-conditioning was set to 65 but it didn't feel cool at all in the room. Having to strip the beds ourselves before checkout was ridiculous. Other than that no complaints we would stay here every time we visit Atlantic City. They have a full kitchen and they have a game room.and pool on site which is a plus..The building is always clean and quiet."

"The elevator broke during our 1 night stay. Room was clean everything looked just like the picture. And it was a really weird walk to the room but I loved the extra security. Hated the walk up and down the steps after and before my 8.5hr drive back home. But I will stay again"

People are sleeping on the sidewalks and begging for money outside. The lobby and hallways smell like a smoking parlor. You can everything from the adjacent rooms and hallway conversations. "I was here for a volleyball tournament not a party weekend. This was the reserved/offered hotel for the tournament. We booked our rooms more than six months in advance. I put in a note in my booking and called saying I was traveling with minors asking for a quieter room away from the party scene. We arrived about 35 minutes before our check-in time. When I got my bill, I was charged for early check-in. I was also charged $100 resort/gambling fee. When we checked in, we had about 15 minutes...

"Staff were very nice, efficient. The property was out dated, but it served the purpose of a two night stay. Parking was available, but crowded. Property is close to Ocean Casino and Hard Rock Cafe. We had a 2nd floor room with a balcony and a decent view. Seagulls are everywhere. Overall, we did enjoy our time at this property. It was quiet at night. "Security Officer Karen helped out a WHOLE lot on our trip. She told us all about the Jitney ,places to eat, amenities of the hotel and casino and greeted us with every passing moment. Her customer service was excellent."

"Property smelled like urine all throw the hallways the two doubles beds are really small and I had a homeless lady standing outside of my room for 40 minutes moaning and clapping at 4am never again."

"The hotel is definitely in need of upgrades. There were safety issues with children over forty in total. Running through the hallways and causing damages. It was frightening to say the least when I almost got ran over with a baby. The youth treated the place like a trap house and had on hoodies and face coverings. This is not the place advertised. "The hotel has rooms that people are staying long term. They have signs in their windows saying "by all means, do not knock on the door." It was loud all night. Yelling and banging. Someone even knocked on the bathroom window while we were there. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the microwave was missing a knob to set the heat. The door to the room locked, but to be honest needed another lock for security. We passed many homeless and strung out people on the walk to the boardwalk. "

We went to Walmart and brought cleaning supplies and a tub scrubber. Would have left but we prepaid. This is our 4th time staying there it wasn’t like that before."
