"Hi following are my observation and comment for improvement:
1. The masterbedroom door need to be fixed. Cannot open from inside the room. Knob mechanism not working.
2. TV box not fuctioning properly.
3. The room floor is not clean. Dust and hair strands can be found everywhere in the unit.
4. Washing machine was leaking water continuously. We had to clear the water using cloth. No broom or mop in the room.
5. Insufficient utensils.
The unit is not well maintained in general. I will not...

"The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable.
After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay. Despite raising our concerns at the time, the matter was not resolved to our satisfaction.
