"We were very happy with our stay at this Hilton. The room was very clean and in great condition. All staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool and slide, as well as the large hot tub and the indoor pool. Our room had two queen beds and a pull out couch perfect for our family of 5. The bathroom was in between with two separate TVS and a great space for clothes and suitcases. VERY close to all of the fun in Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend!"

"Great location and clean hotel "

"not a very welcoming experience.The check in was cold and not welcoming at all.Our bathroom toilet handle was completely broken off and they had to come in the next morning to fix it. Then the master king bed did not even have a mattress pad on the bed that was so saggy. The sheets a blanket were a reuse as well. NO ONE CAME AS PROMISED TO CHANGE THE BEDDING.We had to call again and then finally someone came and saw the linens and apologized and immediately at 9:30pm on the 4th day of asking...

"The mountain view was breathtaking, and the parking situation was convenient and secure. Our stay was enjoyable overall. However, the king-size bed featured a mattress that was in need of replacement, as one side sinks down to the springs. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the comfort of the stay."

"The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to and ample parking in the back of the hotel. The physical location of the hotel is about 20 minutes walking distance from The Island at Pigeon Forge, several go-kart attractions next to The Track Family Fun Parks and Pirates Voyager Dinner show. It’s literally right next to Lost Mine Mountain Coaster & Mini Golf too. The breakfast is good with lots of hearty foods and protein options to choose from. "The breakfast was warm and fresh. Good meal to start the day. The staff was very friendly each morning and very courteous with opening doors or holding open the elevator. Each morning they had inspiring quotes and a riddle on a dry erase board. Very clean hotel with keeping lobby and breakfast area up kept with wiping down tables and mopping foyer. Parking was very easy and convenient. "
