"We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Pigeon Forge, TN. The hotel was beautifully decorated, smelled amazing throughout, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. "Very nice and helpful staff. Good location for exploring area. Easy in and out. Entrance sign is small. Sits on hill; better views possible with hwy-facing rooms; otherwise, view is a parking lot. Room was spacious overall and clean. Had useful kitchette area with sink and countertop beside bed, and small frig and microwave under TV. Bathroom countertop around sink lacked room for personal items. Shower-only area with supplied bath lotion and shampoo affixed to shower wall; no recess for holding...

"We have stayed at this property many times and keep coming back. Only two problems noted this visit: Tub/shower drain was sluggish. Wi-Fi was worthless. Couldn’t stay logged on long enough to use WiFi."

The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were very soft and “mushy”. Housekeeping did not clean our room for 3 days. We had trash piled up in bags and I had to flag someone down to take those.
