When you first enter the hotel, it seems nicer than it is. It looks as if the bathroom and vanity area have been redone which is a positive. Towels appeared new and were replaced daily, another positive. When all the room lights are turned on, they appear to be great. The problem is they all come on, and all turn off at the same time. You have to figure out the trick to the lights if you want only a single light or two. The tv is difficult to figure out what's on. You come in after dinner expecting to watch TV while reading. You find a directive to call the desk for help with the TV or anything in the room. The problem is that desk clerk is the only one available and can't leave the desk. The carpet in the room is old and stained; it needs replacing. The elevator situation was really surprising and not a good surprise. The is only ONE elevator for a multistory hotel and it is located at the opposite end of the building from the front desk where you check in and out. It is a very long walk especially with a loaded luggage carrier. There were several luggage carriers (good) but the wheels made the trip down that long hall very difficult. It may only a matter of putting a little air in the tires to improve pushing the carriers. I know I've identified a lot of issue and some you can't fix, like adding or moving an elevator.
