"This hotel stay was based on ratings and it did not hold up to it. The hotel itself is old and in poor condition. The bedspreads and sheets were old and had makeup stains. The towels were so old and thin they had holes. The pool had a vent for the fumes due to the amount of bleach it had. There is no elevator access only dirty carpet stairs. I do not recommend this hotel. The staff was polite and the bathroom was clean. AC worked and helped with the odors."

"We had a 5 day stay in a king suite with whirlpool tub. Good value but we needed a few things fixed. Hairdryer was old and started sparking on me. The fridge door gasket was falling off and the shower head was coated with hard water. Everything was addressed quickly and repaired. Would be nice not to have to ask though. The whirlpool was so nice after a day of hiking. Decent breakfast but it was exactly the same every morning. A 20-25 minute ride to Zion. Park in the Lion blvd parking lot if you...

"Room was large and clean. Having a mini fridge and microwave was very convenient. Although I didn't use them, there was washer and dryer on my floor. The location was very convenient to Zion, restaurants, and supermarket."

"Breakfast menu was good. The staff was good and helpful although due to rush time, they had shortage of staff. The room condition was okay, not vacuumed properly, bedding/sheets weren't changed even after requesting. Bathroom could have been cleaned a bit, had somewhat skicky flooring. "

"Property is close to everthing. The room was clean. It seemed to be understaffed. We called for extra blankets and towels and the front desk kept stating she was the only one there and she basically lives there. The blankets that were brought were old and tattered. The pull out couch didnt have any linen on it so we made due with what was proided. All in all an ok stay."
