"Had the most gorgeous view of the mountain. The hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, city center, and tourist spots. Be sure to try the Chestnut cakes sold near the hotel. The owner and staff are really helpful. They're like a close-knit family with Pam as the big sister. She is always willing to help and answer our queries. She's simply the best! "

"客室内はとても清潔で、浴室、トイレ、ベットや枕、備品なども完璧でした！何よりインテリアにモン族の織物などを使用しているおもてなしの心がとってもうれしいです。景色の良いお部屋なら、棚田を見ながらゆっくりした時間を過ごせます。ホテルの前は車が入れないので、重いキャリーケースを持って行く人は、到着前にホテルにメッセージをしてみてください。ホテルの方は皆さんとっても親切でした。上の通りまで階段を上がるのは少し大変ですが、立地はとてもいいです。本当におすすめのホテルなので、是非泊まってください。"

"Do read the other reviews rather than going by average rating... Our main complaint is why is it so noisy? The front door of the room was completely un-soundproofed, and the hotel plays some kind of loud announcement at 0600-0630am ish, apparently every day? Why?? But actually, we had a good night's sleep. The room is very attractively decorated."

"This was the best place I stayed in Sapa. I felt really safe and the bed was really comfortable. Eric was super nice I he could help with everything you need and was also available all the time. "We were touring around Vietnam and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. We arrived in on the 6am sleeper bus from Hanoi and the allowed us to check in straight away to freshed up before our day trekking without any extra charge. They showed us 2 rooms and let us choose which one we wanted. Both had very good views and both were spacious and clean. The breakfast (included) was decent and the staff were very polite and friendly. They helped us book our ticket back to Hanoi. Would...
