"I liked the location, and the amenities were good. However, I did not like my room (city view). The curtains were too short, and the room became very bright early in the morning because they did not block enough light."

The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options, and the free parking was a huge convenience. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely return."

"Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The guests next door were loud until around 5 AM, and although we called the front desk around 2:30 AM, the issue was not resolved. We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns."

"We had an amazing weekend. Family friendly, located steps away from the beach. Staff was great, the outside bar and refreshments were good even provided services on the beach. Hotel centraly located to many family friendly activities. Beds were comfortable, view was great. Would definitely stay again."

"The staff were excellent; very helpful, responsive, and friendly. You’re paying for the location, seconds from the beach. The facility itself is run down, lots of rust, dirty curtains, and faded old toilet seats as examples. To top it off, the air conditioning gauge did not work freezing us out over night. The rooms need a full update and refresh."
