"This hotel is at end of boardwalk. Room is very clean and staffs are friendly. It's very nice to have kitchen for our special diets. I agree with other's review that need bringing some of own utensils, like cutting knife and cutting board, best to have own good fry pan. We love our room which is Oceanfront at 4 th floor. We may come back in the future."

"Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The guests next door were loud until around 5 AM, and although we called the front desk around 2:30 AM, the issue was not resolved. We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns."

"I had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton in Ocean City. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options, and the free parking was a huge convenience. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely return."

"We had an amazing weekend. Family friendly, located steps away from the beach. Staff was great, the outside bar and refreshments were good even provided services on the beach. Hotel centraly located to many family friendly activities. Beds were comfortable, view was great. Would definitely stay again."

"Nice hotel for a quick father son get away, the weather was crappy but there was an indoor pool which was a plus. Also they have 2 restaurants and an ice cream shop connected to the hotel. I’d stay here again. The only con was the fun things to do on the boardwalk are on the other end of the board walk so that could be a bit of a walk"
