Overall, a great experience with good value for money. A few minor improvements like guest parking available could make the stay even better. Would definitely consider staying here again!”"

"When I booked the rooms the photos are pretty outdated. The carpets are coming up in the hallways and in the rooms, and the walls and tiles were broken in both rooms that I had. I had order the deluxe studio and it was ok but the furniture and carpet was poorly maintained as well.
I will also say that the hot water only lasted a whole 3 minutes max and then you will be taking a cold shower, so do prepare for that.
What I will say is that the staff was helpful in trying to accommodate me since...

"The hotel was well located, near shops & restaurants. It was a good 20minutes drive from Manila Central. However, all my tours picked me up from the hotel so the location was not a problem. My location was a tourist area. The hotel had a good restaurant and an excellent variety of food for breakfast.
My room was spacious and comfortable"

The house cleaning staff are wonderful and kept our room clean and in order. The cafe has good food and servers are awesome. It's a 5-minute walk to the light rail station and to the Robinson's mall."

"I would’ve given a 5 star except there were a couple of things I wasn’t quite satisfied about…
First was the tv was always crashing or going down and it always needed an IT to reset it..
The other thing is, for the price they charged me with, ( almost same price as Garden City hotel around the corner from Uhotel) , a free breakfast would have been real good especially since breakfast isn’t all that expensive anyway….
Lastly, a pool would’ve really place the cherry on top !
So, without those, a...
