"The building, rooms and furnitures are scratched dated. Very noisy air conditioners. Bathroom smells all the time. Hair and body soap do not smell good. Housekeeping and security guards are courteous. Front staff helpful except for a couple of them who may need to pay attention when guests are waiting for an answer or response."

"When I booked the rooms the photos are pretty outdated. The carpets are coming up in the hallways and in the rooms, and the walls and tiles were broken in both rooms that I had. I had order the deluxe studio and it was ok but the furniture and carpet was poorly maintained as well.
I will also say that the hot water only lasted a whole 3 minutes max and then you will be taking a cold shower, so do prepare for that.
What I will say is that the staff was helpful in trying to accommodate me since...

The house cleaning staff are wonderful and kept our room clean and in order. The cafe has good food and servers are awesome. It's a 5-minute walk to the light rail station and to the Robinson's mall."

Lastly, a pool would’ve really place the cherry on top !
So, without those, a...
