"I had a wonderful two night stay at Kesa House. It is conveniently located for the MRT from Changi to the hotel. There are a lot of hawker centers within 10 min walk and a great base to explore Chinatown with all the art murals. I was impressed by the friendliness of all staff that I encountered. A special shout out to Sanjay who checked me out on Saturday Oct 11. He not only stored my luggage but also gave me a lovely teacup and tote to remember my SG vacation. "Everything was perfect until we discovered that the smallest room we had booked lacked a cabinet. There was no disclaimer informing us that the room didn’t have a place to store our belongings. Consequently, we struggled to find suitable spots to store our clothes for the entire week. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was just a 10-minute walk from a train station, which more than made up for the inconvenience. "

"The hotel is at the heart of Chinatown with a ton of option to eat, shop and play. The property is very modern with a fusion of the traditional style of Singaporean, giving you a sense of how a upscale of Singaporean would have lived and remodeled their home for the 21st century. The amenity is luxurious without being tacky. This is my second time visiting and if I ever come back Singapore this is where I will stay again"

"This hotel is very much close to shopping and not far from the main attraction. My room is very clean, the outdoor pool and gym, both in very good condition. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Shoutout to Brent, he had been so helpful and accommodating in all the help and questions that was asked and need. I had a very relaxing stay. Will certainly comeback to this hotel. "

"This hotel has immense colonial charm (some won’t like it for that reason, but I did). A few little tips - Wotif says it’s 13km from Changi airport - Major furphy - more like 45mins (checked the taxi receipt so I could check the sense I was in the taxis for a v long time). Very positive is the Polo Bar (the staff rustled me up a cheese plate after hours) and the pool (unlike the high rise hotels which can be very busy I virtually had the pool to myself on a Sunday). "Rooms were clean and love the rain shower. Hot water is always good Staff are friendly. Check in and out was efficient. Housekeeping was everyday but could be every other day for environmental friendly. Just a block from all restaurants and souvenirs stores. Metro just a block away as also a shopping mall.
