Hard to get laundry done because of the crowds and a few machines out of order, coffee machines out of order, breakfast area very busy. "We LOVED this place. It was very modern and spacious. The bathing space looked brand spanken new, with a beautiful shower / tub and sink. That was separate from the bathroom, which had a wonderful bidet style toilet. The beds were large and comfortable, and there was a huge window that ran the length of the wall for plenty of light and views."

"The bar was a peaceful place to relax and enjoy a drink after a full day out. It was situated in a perfect location being next to the subway station. We had the opportunity to experience the local feel of the place and to also enjoy the 20-30 minute walk to Potoncho alley for a completely different vibe. Catching the subway train 4 stops to kyoto station was easy for the day tour meeting-point. We were so comfortable here and wish we'd extended our stay. We will definitely be recommending Noku...

" We stayed with our family in kyoto for almost a week at the ACE. The rooms were big enough and it was a reasonably priced for a good location hotel in Kyoto. But to be honest, that was it. The staff is very very young and perhaps thats the reason that the customer service wasnt very good.
