"Plenty of parking, great welcoming staff who changed our room as my husband had hurt his back & required a firmer mattress - nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfasts, best we've had in a long while. The only issue we had was coming in at night after the event we had gone to see. the floors are so very creaky & even though we tried our best to be quiet for other guests they still made loads of noise!"

"Sadly nobody was around to check us in so we were waiting around in the lobby for a while trying to find a member of staff. When somebody finally arrived she was gruff and unwelcoming. The property and grounds are beautiful. The room was very pleasant and comfortable but unfortunately there was zero hot water so both my daughter and I had the joy of a freezing cold shower in the morning. "Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well. The breakfast was really good...

"Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. "
