"Lovely stay here last weekend. Room had a nice canal view, it was clean and warm, bed comfortable with a nice cosy duvet. Pillows could have been a bit softer but I slept well, nevertheless. It was a lovely big room, tea and coffee provided.A nice modern bathroom with a walk in shower. Shampoo, shower gel and soap was all Dove products. "Staff were lovely throughout. No problems at all with the Hotel and it is really, really convenient for seeing Chester - our first time of visiting and we really enjoyed it. Used the train to get there and Uber to get around and it was all so easy. Would certainly like to go to Chester again and would definitely use the same hotel.
