"The breakfast bar was pretty hard core! Omlette station, hot items, bread/toast/pastries, cereals, yogurt & fruit- this was big & plentiful. Excellent value!
Location cant be beat! Right outside Tower Bridge, bus stop to all major attractions near by, tube near by... this hotel can be very local.
The bed was gorgeous!! Curtains were heavy enough to block out light for a deep restful sleep. Cannot hear any noise from outside- best sleep I've had in months!"

"Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very quiet, very comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and that was lovely! There is massive construction going on at the building next door so we were woken up at 8am by drilling etc, but we were out and about all day so it wasn’t too much of a bother. "Charming hotel in a historic building. The late Victorian building was once the headquarters of the British secret service and so has echoes of Sidney Reilly, Bruce Lockhart and Ian Fleming . It was also housed the U.S. Embassy and the Soviet Embassy (on different floors) during WWIi. Winston Churchill had an office in the Liberal Club, which shares the building with the hotel.
Aside from atmosphere, the hotel has a friendly staff who are eager to do things for the guests.

"The usual hotel that I stay at in London was fully booked, and I'm so glad because I've found this absolute gem of a hotel. Location was perfect, next to everything.
Check in was seamless, I ended up coming earlier than expected and they had a room available for me. The hotel is clean, well taken care of and has an elegant luxury to it. The room was spacious, clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was AMAZING (with a Japanese toilet!).

Bring a device that can Cast your content to TV so you don't have to try to find something to watch on the confusing TV/Media System, the channel guide is awful. The WiFi is lightning fast and great for streaming."

"The room was okay had all
Basics necessities . The bed however was as hard as a brick and because I was the ground floor I had a door as my window and the blind wouldn’t pull down so I had light always shining in my room plus the police presence was horrendous always blue lights outside my door/window and people loitering around where if there wasn’t a blurred glass would be looking straight int my room.
Staff were lovely pleasant but wouldn’t stay again due to uncomfortableness of the beds...
