"The property is well-maintained and the rooms were clean. The staff is not helpful. They don't seem friendly especially when asking for a refill on breakfast items during their breakfast times."

"The room was clean! The staff were pretty great. They were very helpful. I felt like the parking charge was reasonable. Safe area with lots of food around. There's also a theater right next door! It was easy to get to. Also, dog friendly! I wish they had a bigger area for pets to go to the bathroom. The area that's near the hotel is a small alleyway and there's rodent trap boxes nearby with a rat skeleton nearby. That was disturbing considering rats carry diseases, but that was my only issue....

"I liked that it's closer to some amenities. AC was a bit loud. In general, the property is a bit outdated. There were mice running in the restaurant after closing. I was a bit shocked."

"I’ve stayed here before which brought me back but this time was not as good of an experience. While not bad, there’s room for improvement. My main issue was the parking and the elevators. I stayed here for 7 nights solo. Starting with the elevators, my god they’re terrible when the place is busy. On multiple occasions I had to wait 10-15mins for an elevator and sometimes it didn’t matter the time of day. Next the parking lot needs updating. The flow is terrible and the spots are awkward in some...

"Beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. They have no pool but a beautiful outside seating area. They also have a private cinema with Apple TV. 2 things I didn’t like were parking… valet parking is $44 per night. We paid for the first night but realized we could actually get street parking so that’s what he did for the rest of our stay which was free. Other thing was there was no bell man to help with our luggages. Overall a 8.5/10 stay"

"Hotel was clean and very comfortable, but what made it shine was the front desk staff. Stayed for 4 nights and every interaction with each of them was friendly, attentive, professional and supportive. Good location with shopping and food beginning a block away. Only disappointment was lack drawers. Room was plenty big enough for a chest of drawers of some kind that would have helped support our 4-night stay. Would totally stay again and recommend to friends."

"Overall the hotel clean and well care of. At the check in process I was advised that the room I requested was not available. I had requested 2 queen beds, all that was available was a king. I had reserved a room that included their M Club. The next morning I attempted to enter the breakfast area and was advised that my room was not on the list. I would recommend the hotel just make sure to confirm What you had reserved. "
