"Disappointing Front Desk Service, but Good Stay Overall My check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff member, Tamara, was unprofessional and unwelcoming. "The breakfast was excellent. Rooms and common areas were very clean. The quality of the beds and furniture was very good. I would definitely stay again. Parking on site was $30/night. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The pool area was very well kept. Great experience o stall. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"I loved my Jr Suite, but I found a pair of dirty underpants in the closet as I was putting my clothes up for a three-day conference. The staff at the front desk were apologetic, so I offered to share the picture with them. I disposed of the underpants. I tried to order breakfast for my last morning at 12 midnight but it was suggested I wait til morning as I'd be picking it up on my way out to the Capitol. "Placemkr was great. The room we stayed in was spacious and well appointed. It had a full kitchen and washer / dryer. There were two negatives. One is the parking garage. We werent given a code, so we had to call to figure out what to do. We blocked traffic while the front desk opened the door for us. The second negative was partying. The staff allowed apartment stayers to party till 4am three of the four nights we were there. Loud, screaming, drunk partying. "
