"The room was clean! The staff were pretty great. They were very helpful. I felt like the parking charge was reasonable. Safe area with lots of food around. There's also a theater right next door! It was easy to get to. Also, dog friendly! I wish they had a bigger area for pets to go to the bathroom. The area that's near the hotel is a small alleyway and there's rodent trap boxes nearby with a rat skeleton nearby. That was disturbing considering rats carry diseases, but that was my only issue....

"Was only there because of a last minute plane cancellation. I was very happy for how close to the airport it was and that they offered a shuttle bus to and from at no charge. The bed was comfortable and warm and the shower was lovely."

"The Door and Counter people are top notch, as well as housekeeping. The Bar was actually very good as well. My issue was the restaurant attached. My wife almost choked on a hard plastic piece of something that was in her oatmeal she luckily caught before swallowing it, it looked like a large tab or some sort the size of a quarter and sharp, the shape of a toenail, which she initially freaked out over thinking that is what it was. If she swallowed it, it would have been a serious problem. I...

"The general manager, Kevin, was highly engaged with us during our stay. His team was great in all areas - breakfast, cleanliness, helpfullness. The hotel is near the Pentagon City metro, making it easy to get anywhere in DC area in a short amount of time. Only negative is there is no pool base on state's lifeguard requirement."

"All the Staff were above and Beyond expectations! The room was not! The front room had a refrigerator that had a frozen freezer compartment. I called the Desk immediately and was told that a different fridge would be put in the room. The refrigerator was not replaced till the next day. However the Staff was very apologetic for the issue. The toilet in the Bathroom was extremity loud when flushed and seemed like it was going to fly away from the wall every time it was flushed. The night light...

"This property and staff were exceptional. A trusted brand. We were there during the hottest recorded days in the DC area. Our room was very nice and stayed cool the whole trip. The housekeeper was very professional and our room was always fresh when we returned. We didn’t try the bar/pub, but it was full, so I imagine it was good. The Metro was close enough to walk easily along with other retail and restaurants. We definitely would love to stay here again."
