"The only staff that was helpful was the person who checked us out. We wanted a pool and upon arrival they notified us that it was closed. When we asked to have our room cleaned they didn’t do it and when we ran out of toilet paper we had to get our own. They continued to run out of breakfast. The only good thing was the location and I loved Santa Fe in general most of the people were very friendly, but the only person that was friendly at the sage was the person who checked us out."

"It’s extremely easy to stay here. They provide breakfast and essentially dinner, plus drinks each night with your stay. They are extremely accommodating. The beds are comfortable and we even had a Mountain View from our balcony. We drove in from Texas, with the stereotypical large truck and valet parked it for us without a scratch. (Note: you cannot navigate Santa Fe easily in a large vehicle, nor are most of the hotels accommodating of one of that size.) Everything was in an easy walking...

"Everything was great! From the moment we walked in we loved it. It’s not a new hotel but it’s maintained beautifully. The pool area is so inviting and the flowers around the hotel are unbelievable. The food in the restaurant and bar was great with the nicest wait staff, and they have a lovely, different happy hour. We walked a couple of blocks to visit the Georgia O’keefe museum and also did some shopping during our overnight stay. We can’t wait to go back. We will definitely stay there...

"The property is old and the rooms have outdoor access. Amenities are not convenient to the rooms. A second level room requires stairs. An adjoining room to the check in area, to purchase breakfast, was most uninviting. The bathroom was nicely remodeled, but mounted bath products had to be squeezed hard to get even a trickle. This stay was just okay. It should not be rated wonderful on Expedia."

"I took my daughter here to be close to visit Meow Wolf for her 20th birthday. The accommodations were amazing with comfortable beds and a nice air conditioned room to enjoy after spending the days out in the heat. We enjoyed the lounge one night and the tacos were so good! We also really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna. We especially loved the trail you can walk/hike and we got breathtaking pictures of the mountains at sunset! We would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel was significantly cheaper and pet friendly, which we loved! However it was pretty janky. We were in room 118. The room needed some serious improvements that would make it feel less gross. All the walls were dirty and had stains all over them that easily could be wiped down or all else fails, could use a new paint job. The bathroom shower faucet was super janky. The lever wasn’t installed correctly and took a lot of turning off and on to get the right temperature, also the tub faucet...
