"We had a really great time here. This spot stands out for the level of activities on property that you can do (everything from archery to casting to riding horses and more). The turndown service was also really special with little gift like cookies or pillow spray left each night. There is a shuttle service on demand that can take you into town whenever, which is great too. The leaves changing during this time of year made it really magical. "The room was recently renovated and was very nice. Everything soft was new. It was very clean, spacious and quiet The sleeper sofa was not comfortable. Gave up and slept on couch. We were only a short walk to downtown, excellent restaurants and the sites. Staff members were always pleasant and helpful. We came for the annual Wine and Chili Festival which was a bit longer walk but easily done. "

"Overall just a really nice place to stay. Everyone was friendly, full of suggestions for things to see, restaurants to try and places to shop. We especially liked and appreciated the free shuttle and we were happy to tip the drivers for saving us time and trying to navigate the area. The rooms we are nice size and very comfortable. Continental breakfast had a wide variety and a pleasant atmosphere. Evening wine and appetizers while we waited for the sunset was a nice addition to the stay. "

"This is such a sweet property...we had a room with a kiva fireplace and ran to the grocery store two minutes away and got firewood. The staff is the excellent and ready to help with any questions. Highly recommend."

    A short walk up on a paved path will lead you to this Monument in Santa Fe, NM. There are great views of the Sangre de Cristos and the City of Santa Fe from this vantage point. Great for sunrise or sunset shots. The walk is only about 10-15 minutes. :) History: The monument of the Cross of the Martyrs was built to honor the Franciscan friars who died during the Pueblo Revolt in 1680.
