The location cannot be beat, right in the heart of Old Santa Fe and within walking distance of everything you need. The staff is attentive and professional, I even got a free upgrade unexpectedly for staying here in the past. This hotel has a nicer, smaller feel than the chain corporate hotels that you will love. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel."

"This is a very well-run property, but these are not really villas, rather typical hotel rooms in buildings. A fine pool and spa, both with ADA chair lifts for wheelchair-dependant guests like my brother. Soundproofing was not good, and some loud guests leaving their room over and over denied us some needed morning sleep. There was a disconnect between expedia and Hilton, and the reserved ADA room with a roll-in shower was not available. The very helpful staff did find us an ADA room with bars,...
