"Love this place"

"This was an absolute excellent property. It is clean, well appointed, great sized, with a huge bathroom. The pool was nice. We enjoyed the restaurant onsite which had excellent food for a later night meal. Finally, the service was excellent. From the front desk to the valets to the servers at the restaurant all were top notch. Breakfast was amazing and the evening snacks were amazing and could substitute for a meal. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here...

Breakfast is delicious and Luz at the breakfast room is always cheerful and helpful. As a yearly visitor to Santa Fe for 34 years, I highly recommend Las Palonas for their great location, delicious breakfast, quiet rooms, and super comfortable beds."

"It is a beautiful southwestern/Santa Fe hotel. I love being able to get green chili chicken enchiladas at the hotel restaurant Amaya. The only disappointment was the wine list at Amaya. Although the downtown/plaza area is walkable, the hotel provides transportation to the area to make it even easier."

Also. we heard noise form adjoining rooms including a man peeing in the toilet. The food and service were good in the restaurant, although the diner menu was very limited."

"This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation."
