"Wonderful stay above a great pub. Unique and cosy room interiors. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Clean and hygienic. Safe too. Great housekeeping service too. 7-8mins walk to the train station. Park nearby great for daily walks. Can be bit noisy at night due to vehicles. But all in all it was an amazing stay and we enjoyed the great pub downstairs."

"We stayed for two nights, Ruby Zoe is the perfect hotel base for Wimbledon and central London. Notting Hill also has some great eateries locally. We were assigned an accessibility room which wasn’t required but was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn’t eat at the hotel but had drinks at the bar which were very good! If we’re ever back at Wimbeldon or visiting family in London I wouldn’t hesitate to book the Ruby Zoe again."

"I stayed for 2 nights and found the room was very clean and comfortable. I did read reviews of people saying the beds were small but I had no trouble and I'm 5ft 10 and weigh 15st. The air con was much needed too, especially in the heat we have had/having. Location wise is fantastic. Right next to the underground and a 24/7 supermarket. "Great introduction to London. Our room was spacious, air conditioning was excellent. It’s the kind of hotel where, if you wanted to relax in your room for a few hours, you could really stretch out. Like a neighborhood bed and breakfast but with a full bar and restaurant."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Room was clean, the staff that spoke to had been polite and helpful. I was given a assessable room which wasn't what I booked but a beds a bed. I was on the first floor with my window facing the alley next to the 02 Academy, stayed 2 nights, 1st night was fine but the 2nd night the local homeless had made a camp in the alley and about 1:30am they it sounded like they was having a party followed by a fight. Not the hotels fault but something to keep eye out for."
