"Stairwells were dirty when I arrived on Friday and were never vacuumed while I was there. I used the public lobby restroom one morning after getting coffee and it appeared they had not been cleaned for a while. All sanitary product containers were full, no bags in them and no covers on the containers. Then I found in my assigned room, a sock next to a chair that was not mine...not sure how long it had been there. I threw it away. These are the highlights."

"I was amazed how clean this hotel is. Even their staircase was well maintained. When you walk throught the hallway, the place smells clean and good. The bathroom was really nice and clean. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good enough, the pool was was small but clean. The gym space was larger than usual and have all the basic equipments. We will back for sure. Thank you for the great stay!"

"Blaring alarm in the lobby when we arrived. They couldn’t get it to stop. First room we were given the door was stuck and would not close. It was hanging crooked on hinges. Had to ask for another room. That one was better, but had no hairdryer and a fridge that was left unplugged so took hours to cool. The entire property was in a transitional state with old wallpaper coming off and prior cheap paneling and counters still in use. Not as much as a bottle of water in the room. Loud “jazz...
