"This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. The amenities were OK… But the place was so effing noisy… I don’t know if it was because my room was next to a fire exit, but I heard Door’s banging all night. I heard CELL PHONE‘s above me and tothe side of me I’m just not sure about the construction of the place. Doubt if I would stay there again."

"Arrived early to see about an early check in. The receptionist, barely spoke above a whisper, couldn't hear her. Asked for my ID, then proceeded to ask me if I paid by a one time use card (not sure what that means), Gave her my credit card. Ran the credit card. Then asked what type of room I booked (after it was already confirmed etc). I was then told that they didn't have my room, it was booked. I told her to refund me and I would find another Hotel.
