What a great disappointment this place is. Look elsewhere.
[1] I got a call saying I overstayed, therefore needed to remove my stuff ASAP. I called back, and the woman said it was a mistake, but too busy to call me back.
[2] After two nights, I was upgrading to another room. I was told 3x by mgmt to leave my luggage in the room, and they’ll move the luggage for me. Didn’t happen. Instead, my luggage was missing, only to be told I left my luggage in the other room.
[3] The second floor room was freezing! No space heater, no extra blankets — just a top sheet and very thin bedspread. One of the managers said customers do ask for them, but they let you freeze instead. If customers ask for them, then that should tip them off the rooms are cold, and they should provide them. They did find one. It worked for all of 15 minutes, then quit. I froze all night. It left such a strong odor that I had to turn on the fan and open the window to air it out.
[4] There is one thermostat for the floor. They did turn up the heat, but that didn’t do anything.
[5] Before the space heater was found, the fan kept going off. The manager agreed it wasn’t working. Thought he had it turned off, but it kept going off all night, which wasn’t a bad thing in the end, given the smell of the space heater, which looked unsafe as well.
There were more examples. One manager did try to remedy the issues, so I have to acknowledge him. Go elsewhere, not worth it, especially with no heat.
