"The staff were so helpful, thoughtful and kind. We had done multiple day reservations and as part of a group of 8 and everything was handled smoothly. Rooms were very clean and quiet, conveniently located to restaurants and train stations (Tozai line). The laundry room was awesome. Coin operated, clean, spacious wait area, and ironing supplies. Next to vending and ice machines. We will be back."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hoshinoya Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, as you can easily walk to both Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station through the underground passageways. The staff were exceptional. They were always attentive, prompt, and professional, and they were especially kind and welcoming to our child, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The onsen on the 17th floor was a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was peaceful, clean, and beautifully...

However one thing in particular quite soured my overall impression to give this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 stars. The breakfast buffet at the Garden Lounge did not have a large selection. In addition, we went down at 9:15 (45 min before the buffet closing time) and already they were being very slow and tight about refilling the food selection. Location is a bit off from the local tourist spots, but a metro line is at walking distance if planning to go into the city. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from and convenience stores near by.
