"Second time we have stayed there but not as impressed. The room was a excellent size but there was a small amount of mould in bathroom. The service of housekeeping was disappointing- we stayed 6 nights and asked to change our towels one time half way through our stay, by leaving the towels on the floor and they took but did not replace. When got back that afternoon I had to go to reception to get towels myself. Also, the shower had a ridiculous size screen that hardly kept the water in and...

"Overall, our stay was outstanding. The staff were exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. They held our bags and food leftovers for us, helped me figure out the hot drink vending machine, and were very sympathetic when I had an issue with the room lighting, even though they weren’t able to resolve it. "It was ideally located and short walk to the city centre. It’s up hill on the way back so if fitness is not your strong suit maybe not ideal. In house parking was over priced at $30 a day when there was free parking around on the street ranging from 180mins to all day and very close to hotel. The drying room was great. The cleaning of the room was a little poor and fresh sheets and towels needed to be request a couple of times over a 10 day stay. The room was also much smaller than I thought...
