"Perfect spot if you want to be away from the very busy parts of Tokyo. Room was about the expected size in Tokyo. Waseda station about a 10min walk away to easily get into the city. Lovely local restaurants and shops in the area. Had to check ourselves in by getting the keys from a lockbox in front of the building but the instructions were very clear on how to obtain them."

"The rooms are very clean. All the staff are very helpful and nice. The location is very convenient especially when arriving at Haneda late night. We also stay here one or two nights before we leave Japan for the convenience, especially on the day of departure. It is very convenient to leave the luggage at the cloak room, spend the day in town, come back to the airport, pick up luggage, and check in."

There were lots of tourists from Europe and Americas, so it was nice to ease in to our travel in Japan after a long flight from the US. "The staff here is 100% bilingual and very good about helping foreigners not only book their stays but navigate Japan. No problems at all. The hotel service and room cleaning was impressive and thorough as I've ever seen at a hotel.
The only downside I'd say here is the rooms are small. And I think that's more to do with Japanese hotels in this area. I was out and about so much I didn't really notice, but that's a real concern, especially if you're staying with other people.
