"House is comfortable. Ryan is great! Had a few minor issues that he handled quickly. Only negative I can say is the kitchen is missing storage containers so can be a bit tricky and the knives are a bit weak, but this is just being nitpicky."

"Incredible location. Easy walk to the beach, beautiful neighborhood. The house is small but it got the job done! Wonderful experience, we hope to be back soon! "

"The condo is exactly as states and pictured- very modern and nicely decorated. We made this our home base for a week of exploring St Simon’s Island and Jekyll Island. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms were great. Had a bit of a water problem first day or 2, but the owner was quick to respond and spent the time to get things fixed- we appreciated his efforts!Everything went well the rest of the week! "We loved our time at this condo! It was very clean and welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed being able to jump in the pool to cool off after a full day at the beach. Will definitely stay again!"

"A wonderful visit. Condo was nice. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5: had nothing to do with condo itself...pool umbrellas need to be replaced- many were broken. Could not get to beach from property due to waters stagnating and remaining in the green space between property and beach. Most of the properties had this problem. We had to drive down to The Coast Guard beach access to get to beach. Would we stay here again? Yes! The issues we had were no fault of the Condo owner.The photo is from...

"Our stay at SSI was great! Shipwatch is an older property but met our needs. The beach was never crowded, the pool was always clean, and parking was easy to find. Bring a beach cart because it is a bit of a walk if you are hauling things to the beach with you. Ben was a great host! "

"House was absolutely fantastic. Nice to find houses where each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen had all necessary items with extra large fridge. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace for cocktails in the evening. Will definitely look at booking this property if we find our way back to the island. Mary was extremely helpful and available. OBTW, the elevator works just fine as long as you follow the directions. Thanks Mary, our family had a great time."
