Beach House -optional BIKES - Walk 2 Shops & Fun

This cozy 2 bedroom house is renovated. You will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk to Redfern Village & other entertainment. King & Queen beds & the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Comes w/ new furnishings & business class wifi. Just outside the house is a huge private fenced backyard for great outdoor living. 4 bikes for an additional fee. Does NOT have a grill. NO PETS ALLOWED.

This is the main, private house that is attached to a cute apartment (kind of like a townhouse). There is NOT any door connecting the two units. They are COMPLETELY separate.

This house is in a great location on Demere Rd. Road noise may be heard during your stay. However, the speed limit is slow enough for golf carts, so no fast traffic.

Close to Redfern Village, short drive to beach and pier.

Has full size washer dryer in unit.

Price Includes per stay:

1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom)
6 Starter Coffee Pods

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

Perfect location for our home base while we explored the St. Simon Island area. The house was spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed. Nice sized living room and kitchen that we appreciated in the evenings. The host was very quick to respond both before and during our trip. Very nice area with so much to do - we will be back!

We were in town for an event on Saturday evening. It worked out to be a great location for us to go directly across the street to a wonderful tavern to watch football during the day. The house had all the essentials that we needed.

Everything was clean, we had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out was very easy as well. Loved the location, it was very close to everything! Starbucks around the corner, and great restaurants and the beach only about 6 minutes away. We’d definitely come back.

Check in instructions were clear. Management communications to us about the very strict rules were ALL CAPS - basically shouting repeatedly with fines associated with each potential infraction. The facilities were as clean as most. There is a lot of deferred maintenance - cracked tile in kitchen area, likely due to a leaking dishwasher. Chipped woodwork and walls, loose faucets.

Birthday Getaway

First time visiting St. Simons and it was a trip to remember. Dave was the most amazing host. He communicated any and everything we may need before we even arrived. We had a small problem come up on the property and Dave sent maintenance to assist in a matter of 2 minutes, it was great! His hospitality is exceptional. I look forward to visiting St. Simons again and staying at Dave’s property.

Very spacious and equipped with everything that we needed. Very clean and plenty of towels. The location was central to Epworth and the downtown area. Busy road, but noise not noticeable inside and easy to get on and off the road. Great communication with the host. Beds were comfortable.

Golf stay

Perfect for my family to relax during a golf tournament. The host, David, reacted quickly to a small issue on arrival. The issue was resolved quickly and we had no other issues during our short stay. The home was clean and well equipped. The location is off a main road so there is some road noise but we were so tired after full days it did not bother us.

Clean and cute little beach house!

We enjoyed staying in this little 2 bedroom beach house! Close to the beach and restaurants with only a 5-8 min drive! It was clean and neat. It is very close to a busy road so you do hear some road noise. The only things that may need work is the dishwasher needs a good scrub inside and the master tub/shower sprays at you when filling up and doesn’t plug well to fill the tub for a small child. Just leave the faucet running so the water doesn’t run out! Overall we had a good experience and would stay again!

Spring Break with Grandkids

This was a nice little house in a convenient location. There is some traffic noise as it located on a major road. We enjoyed our time here and the kids liked the fenced in back yard for kicking their soccer ball and just running around. The kitchen is well furnished with cookware and with a Keurig coffee maker, pods and sweetener. Some of the cookware such as the non-stick pans need to be replaced and neither of the two furnished manual can openers worked. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice with good pressure and water. temperature. We would have no concerns about booking this location again and have already talked about doing that.

Quick Trip

We had a great time at this Dream Home. It was within walking or bike riding distance to everything we wanted to do, including amazing food. We used Uber from the Brunswick airport to the house & back, other than that we didn’t need a vehicle. The home was clean, well furnished, and the host was responsive though we had no issues to respond to once checked in, because it was perfect.
