  • Este acogedor condominio de 1 dormitorio tiene muchas mejoras. Disfrutará de la ubicación del sur de la isla cerca de muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Puede caminar fácilmente hasta el parque Neptune, el muelle, las tiendas y los excelentes restaurantes. ¡Usualmente hay un lugar donde se toca música en vivo los fines de semana! El maestro tiene una cama king size y la sala de estar tiene un nuevo sofá cama. La unidad viene con muebles nuevos y wifi confiable. Acceso a canchas de tenis, 2 piscinas (1 climatizada), instalaciones de lavandería (que funcionan con monedas), ping pong, gimnasio, área de juegos para niños, lago privado, e incluye USO DE 2 BICICLETAS (Beach Cruisers).

    1) Segundo piso (sin ruido encima de ti y mejor vista de Mallery St.)
    2) Incluye uso de la bicicleta.
    3) Acceso a dos piscinas en la propiedad (una climatizada).

My wife and I enjoyed our stay on Saint Simons Island. The unit that we rented was clean, true to what was listed and conveniently located on the island. Our host was attentive to any text that I sent. We would encourage others to stay here. The unit had all of the necessary items for our stay.

Very convenient to everything, shops and restaurants. Close to the beach and park. The space was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will be back.

Very pleased with our recent stay at the Beach Walk. We liked the location, the upper level porch and the fully furnished unit. We would have walked to the beach but the rain forced us to take the car.

Host was extremely responsive and always replied within five minutes of any message I sent. The condo was immaculate! My wife and I enjoyed spending a lot of our time on the balcony, lounging and eating. All our neighbors were extremely friendly and we were lucky to have such cool and pleasant weather. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and places of interest to visit. As Floridians, my wife and I hope to visit again soon!

Out stay was fantastic! My daughter loved the convenience of the Village area so she and her friend walked everywhere! It was clean and very nice!

Best place in St Simons

I have stayed at a few places in St. Simons and this place is the best. The condo was very clean and updated. The location is great and the availability of the property manager was great. I definitely recommend staying here.

We love this place!

Our stay was awesome. Very clean and it was the perfect location. We had a problem with the shower and the owner replied within mins and got the situation handled in great time. We will be staying here again!

Just Perfect!

Our stay at Beach Walk was perfect. Close to everything, and the unit is in a lovely complex with friendly people. Really enjoyed the bikes and the balcony was the best place to rewind and savor the close of the day.
