"Nice hotel for the price close to Philadelphia"

"Not the worst place. Clean. I was told they're in process of renovating the locks. My door would not close had to have a housekeeper help me. Only one vending machine for snacks on one floor out of 14 floors and no bags to go inside ice bucket or the trash. Highly unsanitary and my bed was hard. Ive stayed there before and didn't sleep on a rock."

"Interesting little hotel. Nice bath tub which for me is always a big plus. Bedding is not great. Bed is very soft and sheets and pillow cases mismatched. No duvet or blanket. No breakfast but free muffins and coffee. We did not do dinner there so cannot comment on the food but it looked pleasant"

"Our second stay here in the course of a week and this time wasn’t great. The TV’s in our suite didn’t work and after mentioning this to the front desk which I had to go downstairs to speak with because our phone also didn’t work…no one ever came to fix it although I was told they would! I ended up unplugging and figuring it out for the living room tv. Bedroom tv never worked at all! Besides this tv issue, the hotel is clean, other staff were super nice and helpful! It’s equipped like a home...

"I stayed there because it was close to the baseball park. I was a little disappointed. There was not a lot of places around where you could get something to eat besides the hotel."

"The room I selected was listed as non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of smoke, as if it had been used as a smoking room. The parking area was dirty and did not seem well maintained. Breakfast options were also limited. Inside the room, some of the hangers were broken, and the bathroom ceiling was damaged. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and the property needs better maintenance and cleanliness."

"Best location ever and beautiful old place. Stairs to some of the rooms and outdoor areas being worked on. Delicious cookies and nice continental breakfast. Parking public and easy. Super helpful staff. "

"Room was small but cute and big enough for the 2 of us. Loved the shower and amenities. It was easy to get in and set water temperature. Housekeeping cleaned every day which rarely happens anymore. Chilled water dispenser and coffee were a nice treat. Good location in trendy Rittenhouse Square near restaurants and chain store shopping."
