"The house was immaculate, inviting and perfect for our needs as advertised. Jerry was a great communicator, and obviously cares alot for his property. Five stars all around, as well as looking forward to staying at "Mr Hulmeville" again when we are going to be in the Philly metro area. "

"Apartment was centrally located to the train into Philadelphia and very walkable to restaurants and stores. The check-in was very easy with very good communication. Additionally the apartment comes with a designated garage since on street parking is harder after 8 am. The apartment is very comfortable with two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A nice place to return to after touring the city."

"The rooms were not clean. The first room we were given was “clean”, we pulled out the pull out couch and there was used tissues and used q-tip on the bed. The sink had dirty dishes and the counter was dirty. The room we ended up with had stains all over the carpet, stains all over the bath tub and was surface cleaned. Would not recommend staying here."
