La chambre était confortable, dans un état irréprochable, avec des solutions de rangement bien pensées. Aucun bruit, aucun dérangement. La salle de bain est spacieuse, les équipements de qualité. Je ne chercherai pas d'autre hôtel à l'avenir, je reviendrai chez Arok les yeux fermés."

"Superb hotel really convenient for all Strasbourg has to offer. Really helpful staff especially Thomas behind reception. Room really nice and breakfast had lots of choice. The only negative is not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I would expect from this type of establishment,but this would not stop me staying again "

"이전에는 바로 옆에 있는 ibis에서 지냈었는데, 그 보다 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 노트르담 스트라부스 성당까지는 거리가 좀 있기는 하지만 걸어서 가면서 볼 거리도 많고 좋았습니다. 직원도 친절했습니다. 다만, 친환경을 실천하면서 1층에서 유리병에 물을 담아서 객실로 가져가야 하는 것이 조금은 불편했네요. "
