The location is very central downtown, which made it convenient for getting around. My only downside was the parking, which was $40 per day, but otherwise it was a solid stay."

"Once we arrived and handed our car off to the valet. Note they didn’t offer a luggage cart or point us in the direction of one. We go to the front desk to be told we are not staying there but will be staying at a lesser value hotel across town. The other hotel had bunk beds, a broken leaking refrigerator and the room was very dark and tiny. Because we knew most hotels were already booked we decided to stay. But believe we should get a portion of our rental fee back. It was not worth what we paid"

The beds were very uncomfortable and the mattresses felt old and broken down. "Room keeping and front desk staff were very rude. Room service never came to clean our room. We call the front desk for additional towels and were advised we had to go into the hallway and look for a room service person in order to request towels. The fire alarm went off at 5 am due to a toaster burning. When we reached out to the front desk about this they advised that the fire alarm going off was “routine” and that there was nothing they could due to accommodate us for the inconvenience. There...
