Told we were getting a free upgrade, but they swapped us from 2 queen beds to 1 queen bed, 1 pullout sofa, 1 sofa that they would give us sheets for my daughter to sleep on because they said it was against their fire code. I felt that they actually took one sleeping spot away from us."

"We were three people staying in a king suite and the room was dilapidated. The bathroom had a crack in the ceiling above the bathtub that was leaking from the room above. Staff was not that helpful as they said there were no other rooms available nor were they willing to do more than 3,000 points to mollify us. "The continental breakfast is great! It’s a city eclectic boutique hotel, with a nice pool, spa, fitness center and small game room.
The rooms are ok. A little outdated. No smart TVs. The staff were nice but some seemed maybe new or in training.
