"Excellent property with terrific rooftop patio and pool that is actually decent for lapswimming early mornings! Apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious with modern vibe. Super convenient to SCU and Cal Train."

"A last minute getaway turned perfect! Easy check-in and out, the cottage was immaculately prepared. It was too warm to use the fireplace, what a blessing. I will always return if there is availability."

"Awesome building and location. Going through hotels.com created some complexity on the communication front. One big issue with this property is parking. You have to give them the details on your car 48 hour prior to arrival which is tough with rental cars. "

"Very comfortable apartment with full kitchen washer and dryer. We stayed 5 nights and hosted a small gathering for the holidays. Will definitely be coming back! Pool is lovely, it’s heated and a nice size spa. Did not use workout room but looked well equipped. It is near the train tracks but building is very new with great construction so barely heard the train whistle. "

"Property Manager provided the wrong building access code. We had to find somebody at the Management office for the correct code. Other than that, everything else was perfect."

"The location and size of this property are fantastic! The house is located just a few minutes walk from the beach. There are two kitchens, both well-stocked with everything you need. We appreciated that there was plenty of space for everyone in our group. The house is a bit dated, and some of the linens were old, but most everything was in working order (exceptions: some of the windows and blinds need updating). "Great location, view and accommodations. We were there to celebrate a milestone adult birthday. We had ages 9-68. The only challenges were the steep stairs and 3 levels(kids didn’t mind it!) and keeping everyone contained to the small patio area )open on both sides) Host was reasonable and very responsive. "

"We rented this house for New Year’s Eve with our grown children and grandkids.Even though the house is older, it was perfect for all of us! Sparkling clean everywhere, great beds & bedding"

"Impecable home on gorgeous property! Interior is almost entirely new. Property is secluded and deafenimgly quiet (full disclosure - its not an easy drive in!). Kids were able to run around freely outside. Hosts are exceptiinally responsive. Loved our time here, thank you!"

"Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests.
