The Alantara Sanur
The Alantara Sanur"At no stage of booking the hotel were we aware that there were no lifts. On arrival we were placed on the top floor. As my wife struggles with stairs because of arthritus this was a non starter for us and we were going to leave. They found us a middle floor room which still involved 2 flights of stairs and told us if a ground floor room became available we could have it. Gurss what it never did.
