"Location was great, near so many great restaurants, the beach, and not too far from airport. The staff was very lovely, kind, welcoming, and from our whole trip they have been the most attentive to all of our needs! The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the daily house keeping was great, even changing our sheets daily! I would 10/10 stay here again. I recommend getting the breakfast included as it was delicious, and again the staff were super welcoming every day. "

"We recently stayed at Andaz Sanur for 4 nights as part of my birthday week celebrations. Absolutely loved this stunning resort, the staff who couldn't do enough for you and the dining options which were available onsite. They even organised a lovely birthday cake which was very unexpected 😁 What we didn't love was the harassment we received by the ladies on the boardwalk (outside the resort) anytime we wanted to go for a walk. "The Gazebo resort grounds are a wonderful green garden with plants everywhere. The gardener takes great care of the grounds. There are 2 pools which are nice for a refreshing dip The room was spacious. The only complaint would be the room wss a little musty. The a/c needed to be run before we got there and better if the filter was cleaned. Other than that, it's a nice place with all kinds of eateries within minutes walk."

"Great hotel in central Sanur. Location fabulous, short walk to Icon Mall and so many fabulous restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Hotel is well maintained, the pool is a highlight. Beds comfortably, I could only book 2 twins, but they pushed them together. Very good sleep. Breakfast variety and quality 5 star. 10 minute walk to beach. Nice big long clean beach and walkway. Highly recommended if in Sanur."

"This was my first hotel in Bali, it’s in a wonderful location. Breakfast was included and delicious with a vast array of options to suit whatever you are hungry for. Enjoying the yummy food while watching the beach was beautiful. The staff work very hard, the garden was gorgeous and the live music by very friendly musicians at night was also really lovely.
