"My stay at Mactan Grand Golden Hotel was amazing. Friendly Staff. Great facilities and cute unique restaurant upstairs. I love the whole set up. I wish the Hotel located near malls in walking distance or any convenient store nearby, would been much better. It was rained when we stayed there so the street was flooded. Other than that it was amazing and the staff are so quick to get there when you need something. Highly recommended. "

"今回は6泊利用させてもらったが、とても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 2階でJモールと繋がっており、買い物や食事、お金の両替、ATM利用がすぐに出来るのでとても便利でした。 ランドリールームが24時間利用可能だったのも有り難かった。海やアクティビティで毎日服や水着を洗えるのでとても助かりました。（洗濯と乾燥が２時間で終わる） シャワーの水圧も強く、熱いお湯も出る。湯船に浸かれるのも良かった。 トイレにウォシュレットも付いているのも本当に良かった。 朝食も毎日無料で付いています。 味は凄く美味しい！という訳ではないが、おにぎりやお味噌汁、日本食も毎日何かしらあるので、本当に有り難かった。おかずはフィリピン料理多めです。 スタッフの方もみんな優しいくて、礼儀正しい。素晴らしい接客でした。 リゾートホテルでゆったり過ごすのではなく、アイランドホッピングや、ジンベイザメと泳ぐ、その他のアクティビティやどこかのホテルのデイユース利用してセブを楽しむのであれば、東横インが正解です。 "

"I love this property and everything about it seems to get better and better each time I stay here. The addition of the bar, the updated menu, it all works and they do an incredible job. I would recommend you pay a little more to rent the Suite, it’s a comfortable studio apartment with a microwave, fridge, sink, and comfy couch. As always the staff is top of the line and incredibly professional. Well done as always"
