"This is a truly amazing hotel! There is 24/7 security, they screen guests and visitors well, 2 friendly front desk staff at all times. 5 maids clean your room in 5-10 minutes tops and you get 2 bottles of water and 2 rolls of toilet paper daily. The hot water and wifi work perfectly. The neighborhood is very calm and safe aswell. Grabs had no problem finding me."

明るくてきれいな施設に、フレンドリーなスタッフたちがセキュリティ、ロビー、フロント、レストランに揃っており、みなさん一生懸命に接してくれて、素敵なホスピタリティを感じました！
シャワーの水圧も問題なし。館内には24時間のジム（広いし器具も豊富！24時間！）や、サウナもあって、台風直撃のタイミングであったがホテル内でも充実して過ごすことができた。
滞在中に転んで怪我をしたが、初日の応急手当と翌日の追加の手当もしていただいて、これも心強く感謝です。
周辺アクセスは、グラブで空港まで20分程度、ニュータウンへも10分かからない程度なので、セブの街中の喧騒から逃れてリゾートを味わうのであれば、マクタンのここがとてもおすすめ！

"We had a wonderful stay at Waterworld Hotel. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly accommodating,polite, professional, and attentive. From airport pickup all the way until check-out, everything was smooth and well taken care of.
The restaurant was beautiful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, and the servers were very attentive. The entire place is gorgeous, spotless, and spacious,and most of all, very affordable.

"It was a truly wonderful hotel. The staff were all so friendly—they even remembered my son's name! We stayed on the 6th floor, and the view of the ocean and the hotel grounds was so stunning that I couldn't stop taking pictures. The pool wasn't crowded, so it was very relaxing. The complimentary towels were so soft and fluffy that I actually fell asleep by the poolside! (lol)
The view from the private beach was also amazing, and I especially loved the sunset.

"Brilliant worth 6 stars if more .we were promptly checked in without delays by staff who recognised us on passed visits . I loved to know their names but I forgot . We were 2 Filipinos & 1 crazy British white guy lol I didn’t get the rooms I reserved but the replacement rooms were lovely. We ate in the Bakery some very nice meals in the evening .then spoilt for choice in the kitchen breakfast buffet "
