"Price was reasonable the staff were all friendly and food was really good the walk to beach was short (5mins) but well worth it. Jet skis were fun. Only one negative experience was there always seemed to be someone trying to sell or rent you a condo even when going back and forth from your room someone would present you a brochure of upcoming condos for sale from the lobby didn’t like that."

"The room is really sparkling clean and well maintained. The bed is so comfy and the environment is not noisy very relaxing! The only cons I want to point out is the swimming pool is not well maintained and clean, it was dirty. "

"The Diane residences is a nice quiet stay. The staff is very accommodating and there is a wonderful little restaurant right next-door as well as a tennis center down the block. It is a ways from major shopping areas, but that can either be a positive or negative depending on whether you want quiet and peace or you want the loud city commotion. For me it was the best of both worlds because if I really needed to leave it it was just a short 5 to 10 minute grab ride away. The breakfast at the place...

"We recently booked a six-night stay in this hotel. I rate this hotel 10/10. First of all, it’s off-season.The price I paid was very reasonable. We arrived early at 9 AM and were allowed early check-in without additional cost. The hotel stands out in cleanliness, prompt Customer Service and a king’s breakfast for two that’s offered at ABACA cafe - an upper mid to high end restaurant. It has a pool, gym, and laundry area. "The staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating. Arrived an hour early and checked in immediately. I was only there for 1 day and staff told me to go to Tops in the evening and that was the most beautiful place on top of a mountain overlooking Cebu. If you are ever in Cebu I highly recommend 18 Suites Cebu and visiting Tops. A "
