"Multiple Elevators were out of service and had longer wait for available one to use. Buttons seemed to not work in that one elevator that was working and light kept going out for the floor I needed to be and kept stopping one floor below instead. But staff were so kind and friendly. Very helpful staff with information in area, shuttle information and very welcoming. I did enjoy staying and if coming to Baltimore again, I will choose to stay here again. Hope the elevator will be in good...

"The staff didn’t seem to have resources to amenities such as coffee creamer without having to search the hotel, but they were very nice and helpful as possible! The room was surprisingly large but the bathroom is in desperate need of an update….however it was very clean and the housekeeping staff was pleasant….would definitely stay there again!"

"I like this hotel. It is my place of choice to stay when I am in Baltimore. But there was one bad thing this time. At the breakfast buffet, there were flies! They kept attacking me. I did not stay at the buffet to eat! That was the first time I experienced this. But other than that it is a great place."

"The hotel sent me an email the morning of my stay saying my booking would be cancelled. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone just to make sure we could hold the booking. When we arrived, the valet disappeared and I overspent on parking. This was probably my worst experience with a hotel of the past 10 years."

"Only one elevator working and it was the slowest elevator ever, especially since there is only 5 floors! The lobby is bright and welcoming, but the room, while clean, had dark furniture and dark carpeting and are generally just not very bright and cheery. We have stayed here before and had no issues either the room but this time the air conditioner seemed to blow bad smelling air. It might have been due to the standing water on the flat roof outside our window."
