"We highly recommend this hotel! From check-in to check-out, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d like to especially thank Ms.Sherbet and Ms. Debora for their exceptional service. Of course, the male staff member was also very kind, though unfortunately we didn’t get his name. During our stay, the weather was quite hot and the room temperature rose a bit, but we requested a large fan and it was promptly provided. Thank you again for making our stay comfortable and pleasant! "

"You need to book the lake view rooms! Walking onto the balcony at all hours to admire the lake was the star of the show, especially when there's a boat playing live music in the evening. The owner, Franz, was so helpful to my elderly Asian mom. Her English isn't the best, and she told me he was patient and informative. Parking is 18EUR, but that's standard in that small area. "One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Hotel is very modern. Parking was a breeze. Staff were very helpful. Complimentary beverages in room fridge were a pleasant surprise. Hotel is very quiet even though it backs onto train tracks. Our daughter loved having her own private space. There are lots of walkable food options in area. We will stay at the Arte Hotel if we are ever in the Saltzburg area again."

"Truly the greatest stop of our journey through the Alps this summer. We were torn whether to stay outside the city center at one of the other communities around Hallstatt but in the end we took the plunge and stayed at Heritage and it didn’t disappoint. "Leonardo Salzburg City Center is conveniently situated a five minute walk away from the heart of the tourism sites. The hotel is very clean. The staff is attentive. The buffet is good. There are some nicer restaurants in the opposite direction from the tunnel to the city. Also we were able to catch the bus right in front of the hotel, even to get to the airport at the end of our stay which was very convenient too."
