"We had a fantastic weekend stay here! The location is absolutely unbeatable for exploring Land’s End, Porthcurno Beach, and the Minack Theatre. Overall, everything was excellent—comfortable rooms, great service, and breathtaking coastal views. Highly recommended for a Cornwall getaway!"

"I don't think I've ever been made to feel so unwelcome at a hotel or B'n'B. We were using public transport. We were dropped off by taxi at 10am. Obviously we weren't expecting to check in but I've never stayed anywhere where luggage storage isn't available. The owner's immediate reaction was to tell us we check in isn't until 2. She did allow us to leave the luggage but I was taken aback at the unwelcoming attitude. We came back at 2. Owner complained that she had no details about the booking....

"Very clean rooms and friendly hosts. It was quite cool in the evenings with heating only on in the mornings and there was no communal lounge area to sit in so we felt we were confined to our bedroom. "

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. "Room we had had a beautiful sea view, the bathroom was lovely and roomy. Unfortunately the plugs in the sink and bath did not hold the water in. The breakfast menu was a bit of a joke, they were trying to be a bit a la carte which unfortunately didn't pay off. The toaster didn't work and from one day to the next the menu changed. The only reason this place isn't getting zero stars is the location, but even that comes with a massive "buyer beware" warning. The Mobility Nightmare: While the hotel is close to the beach, "close" means navigating a relentless series of steep stairs. This theme continues inside; there are stairs to get everywhere.
