"The young lady at the front desk at arrival was very sweet and super helpful. "Mansions" is quite a stretch. Room was ok, and about what should be expected for the price. Could not log in to the TV to use any of streaming services, which is really strange and annoying. Location to walk down to Bourbon Street was excellent, and the pool and hot tub were super."

"The office staff was so friendly and helpful. Building is in a quiet part of the French Quarter which was very nice but in a perfect location to walk to all the tourist places. The only downside was that there are no elevators and it was difficult to carry heavy suitcases to the top floor room. I would highly recommend this hotel."
