"This facility is very far away from Kennedy airport; $35.00 + by cab. I am an older consumer. The shuttle dumps you at another shuttle to get to your terminal and is very cumbersome if you are at all mobility challenged. Also, I will never use Expedia for travel planning ever again. "THE PHOTOS ARE NOTHING LIKE THE ROOMS! I thought I was in the wrong hotel when I walked inside. The blankets had burn marks on them, it spelt like smoke. There was a generator of some sort on all night so it was super nosy. I thought there was blood on the walls. I was in a bind with a cancelled flight. I knew I should have ran when they make you sign a no refund slip. I don't know how it has good reviews"
