"The pool did not have water on July 2nd and July 3rd. We did not receive a discount for it. They do not have a cot to give you. The area is extremely busy."

"When spending 465.00 per night, (it was the weekend), I don’t expect to be in a room where the towel rack is falling off the wall and the door frames are chipped and peeling paint. Also the tap water was undrinkable. Way too chlorinated and if we wanted bottled water we had to pay for it. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing special. The furnishings and bedding were also nothing special. I have spent way less money on much nicer accommodations."

"I had a weather cancellation and needed a last minute stay. This property was far enough from JFK that I couldn't hear the planes taking off, got some good rest. It is also close enough for that all important shuttle. Staff at the front desk was kind and courteous. The shuttle driver was efficient and quick at loading/unloading luggage."

"It turned out better than I expected it was going to. The neighborhood is completely unappealing except that it was close to JFK and very close to our family. There are no amenities to speak of. There is no lobby, just a closet in a hallway that has been converted to a manager’s booth, where he is completely locked in and transacts through bullet-proof glass. The room, however, was small but perfectly clean and recently renovated. There is no lamp, no fridge, etc., but it was comfortable...

"We had to check out early for a 6 am flight but the front desk clerk was no where in sight. We waited 10 mins for her to show up. When asked about getting a banana for breakfast, she told us breakfast didn't start until 8 am. I don't think it would have been so difficult for her to go into the back and grab 2 bananas for us. I found her to be rather rude. Checking in went very smoothly and the shuttle was easy to find and timely."

"My husband and I stayed here in May after spending a week in Hampton Bays for a wedding due to an early morning flight out and conflicts with the train schedule. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast your typical continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and staff kept the area clean and replenished. The hotel is conveniently located by the Jamaica Center Station and the AirTrain to JFK. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Clean. Quiet. Occasional interloper through the lot. No coffee in lobby even though it was offered to us at check in. They looked at me like I was crazy to expect it when they had told me about it. Room 108 had leak from upstairs through light in the shower Very Dangerous- I skipped the shower when I noticed that. They seemed attentive to fix it as I alerted them to it at check out"
