  • Actualizado con nueva pintura, muebles, ropa de cama y de este 2 dormitorios, 2 baño casa de la ciudad está a s��lo 1. 5 cuadras de la playa y el paseo marítimo en el centro de Avila Beach. Capacidad de hasta 6. Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y barra de desayuno. La sala tiene un televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, chimenea, y el sofá se despliega en una cama tamaño queen. La mesa de comedor y barra de desayuno 4 está equipado con 3 taburetes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio, TV de pantalla plana, cuarto de baño principal en suite tiene una bañera de hidromasaje. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble. El dormitorio principal se encuentra en la planta baja con la segunda habitación del segundo piso. Apilados lavadora y secadora en la unidad. Cubierta con ayuda de la cocina barbacoa de gas. garaje para 1 vehículo.

It was very hot! This place has no AC as advertised and we visited the area when it was over 90 degrees. Additionally, the windows are so old we were only able to open 1 window in the upstairs bedroom. The house was dirty and the furniture including the mattresses are worn out!

Nice rental - good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean enough, beds comfortable and the accommodations overall were fine. Avila Beach is a fun town and this location is quiet and within a few blocks of the beach and a charming little village.

Clean, Comfortable, and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. We were impressed how clean the home was and the home had everything we needed. Location was great! Easy walks to beach, stores, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
